Gjatë seancës gjyqësore, Alagendra theksoi se nuk ekziston asnjë provë konkrete që dëshmon se Krasniqi ka marrë apo ka pasur qasje në ndonjë dokument të tillë. Sipas saj, pretendimet e ngritura nga Prokuroria janë të pabazuara dhe nuk mbështeten në fakte të verifikueshme.
“Prokuroria nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokument apo dëshmi që tregon se z. Krasniqi ka pranuar ndonjë raport inteligjence”, mësohet të ketë deklaruar ajo, duke insistuar se përgjegjësia për të provuar këto pretendime bie mbi organin e akuzës.
Mbrojtja ka kërkuar që gjykata të mos marrë në konsideratë pretendime që, sipas saj, nuk mbështeten në prova të qarta dhe të besueshme.
Procesi gjyqësor ndaj ish-zyrtarit të lartë vazhdon, ndërsa palët po paraqesin argumentet dhe kundërargumentet e tyre përpara trupit gjykues.
