Richard Goodall’s Emotional Return to Perform at ISU Sycamores Basketball Opener After America’s Got Talent Win

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Indiana State Athletics announced today that Richard Goodall will be performing the National Anthem as well as a special halftime show performance at the home opener basketball game.

 

 

Goodall, who won season 19 of America’s Got Talent, will be performing back home on November 7 for the first home game of the ISU Sycamores basketball season versus Eureka College. Goodall made quite the impact in Terre Haute after receiving his golden buzzer and going on to take home the win.

 

 

ISU men’s basketball is coming off of one of its best seasons in the program’s history after winning the Missouri Valley Conference title and making their first appearance in the NIT Championship Game.

 

 

 

Tickets are still on sale and single-game tickets in the upper bowl can be purchased ahead of time for $12 with a $3 service fee or on game day for $15.
